This annual event gives appointment to fans of Fez with Melhoun, the menu, several national troops. This ancient art of Fez conceals a vast and rich repertoire of poems, "kssidas" in Moroccan Arabic. The Malhoun covers all standard poetic themes. We find it, in general, four categories of themes: faith and its multiple dimensions, jalsa and playful dimension, social themes, documentary and narrative dimension, historical and political.
